Proactive maintenance is at the heart of our service philosophy at Dryserve.
During a recent service visit, we replaced a still-functioning original drive motor on a customer’s desiccant dehumidifier.
Why? Because waiting for a breakdown simply wasn't an option as this dehumidifier serves a room storing high-value materials. Although the drive motor was still operational our trained engineer noted that the motor had excided the manufacturers recommended run hours and they observed excessive backlash at the output shaft.
We installed a new OEM motor and left the original on site as a spare, providing peace of mind and ensuring minimal disruption in the future.
Our goal is simple: meet our customers' operational needs while being mindful of their budgets.
